Caller: "Yes, I get out a lot!" Ed: "Okay, start with right now. Hang up the phone and go out." I want to be the second-oldest person in the world. Pick up any paper: 'oldest man dies at 116.' 'oldest woman dead at 114'. Have you ever seen an article on the second-oldest person in the world dying? Nope. That's me. In Social Studies, we had to study state imports and exports. I can tell you that Nebraska exports corn, wheat, tin, and bauxite. I don't even know what bauxite is or why I should care. All I know is it's not the coloring in crunch berries. The older I get, the more I understand beer. I don't drink it, I just understand why it exists. Mass transit always seems to go to places I'd rather not be. |
